The Novation Launchpad MK2 is a USB-powered controller designed for hands-on use with Ableton Live. Its eight-by-eight grid provides 64 full-colour backlit pads that can reflect clip colours in a Live session. Round navigation and function buttons provide access to the controller's operating modes.

The USB Type-B connection carries power and MIDI data to a compatible computer. Launchpad MK2 controls software; it does not contain an independent sound engine, speakers or a standalone sequencer. Its RGB pads are buttons, not velocity-sensitive performance pads. Check current software and operating-system compatibility before purchase.

This offer includes one Black Launchpad MK2 with an orange base, a USB cable and manufacturer documentation, including the Live Lite registration instruction card. Bundled software downloads require eligible registration and follow the manufacturer's current terms. A computer, audio equipment, keyboard and carrying case shown in retailer packages or lifestyle photographs are not included.
