About Cove

Cove is Bermuda's local online marketplace – a single place to shop from multiple Bermuda retailers, with delivery to your door. We built Cove to make island shopping easier: browse, order, and track deliveries from your phone, while supporting local businesses and local jobs.

How Cove Works

• Shop across Bermuda retailers in one cart
• Pay securely in the Cove app or on Cove.bm
• We coordinate pickup from participating retailers and deliver to your address in Bermuda
• Get real-time status updates until your order is delivered

Our Marketplace Model

Cove is a marketplace platform and delivery service. Products sold on Cove are offered by independent third-party retailers ("Merchants"). Unless a product page says otherwise, the Merchant – not Cove – is the seller of the product.

This means product availability, product quality, warranties, and product-specific questions are primarily handled by the Merchant, while Cove focuses on providing the marketplace technology, customer support, and delivery logistics.

Delivery

• Cove offers multiple delivery options that you can see at checkout
• Deliveries may be completed by Cove-employed drivers or by independent delivery partners using the Cove Drivers App
• We use order value and order complexity to determine the best delivery method for safety and reliability
